Not a lot has changed since the last report. The weather has continued to be one front after another with very little stable weather in-between. In addition the wind and rain has made it difficult to get to certain parts of the lake.  We continue to catch fish but have had to stay mobile as we catch a couple in one spot and then have to move to another to get a few more fish. The flats in 8-12 ft water has been the most consistent bite.  On days with wind and clouds focus on the 8-10 ft areas and clear or calm days focus on the 10-12 ft water.  Because covering water has been important try bottom bouncers with crawler harnesses in the 1-1.4mph range. A few days the perch and been so active we have used artificial crawlers with success.  Once you find fish you then can slow down with a Lindy rid and leech trying to finnesse a few more from the area.  The daytime shad rap bite should be picking up in the next few weeks but is still a good evening and after dark option.
